Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time may be rescheduled subject to availability but are not eligible for refund.
No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Root Plover reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, full refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.
