We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for standard tours and one week ahead for private experiences. Popular weekend slots and food tours often fill quickly, so earlier booking is advisable.
Our tours operate in all weather conditions. British weather is part of the experience. We suggest dressing in layers and bringing a waterproof jacket. In cases of severe weather warnings, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling options.
Most walking tours are suitable for children aged eight and above. Food tours involve complex flavours that younger participants may not appreciate. Please mention ages when booking so we can advise appropriately.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time. Later cancellations may be rescheduled subject to availability. Please refer to our Terms of Use for complete details.
